1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI-First MBA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AI-First MBA is an online education and community platform that provides courses, workshops, templates, and community features for building AI-powered businesses. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell course content
  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other community members
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data programmatically

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, templates, and materials are owned by AI-First MBA and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning and business use.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post in community discussions. By posting, you grant AI-First MBA a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI-First MBA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
